Gate valve mounts to feed bin hopper cones providing access to bin contents without running the auger. Great for filling buckets or carts! Convenient hooks at the end of the slide to hang bucket on.
Includes mounting hardware and template for cutting bin.
Bin access hole cut dimensions are 5-1/4" x 3-1/2" (127.3mm x 90.5mm).
Exterior Plate Dimensions are 6-1/2" X 14 3/8" (165.1mm x 365.125mm).

Hopper Valve Chute is recommended for use only with 9' (228 mm) diameter, 3 ring tanks or smaller (Maximum of 15 tons (13,600 Kg) of feed).
Hopper Valve Chute should be mounted no higher than two feet (.61 m) above hopper collar.
Important: Feed Tank should be completely empty, with no bridges prior to starting assembly of Hopper Valve Chute.
It is recommended that installer of this Hopper Valve Chute wear long sleeve shirt to help minimize risk of scrapes during assembly of bolts from inside of tank.
On new tank installations, Hopper Valve Chute should be installed prior to installation of Upper boot and Unloader so that metal shavings and dropped parts will fall through to ground.
On existing tank installations, Unloader should be emptied of feed and access plates removed so that metal shavings and dropped parts can be remove prior to using system again.
